This software is an internal tool of Allegheny Creamery & Crepes. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or distributed to the public. Authorised users are the owner and staff of Allegheny Creamery & Crepes acting on the business's behalf.
The tool may be used only to access the business's own QuickBooks Online company data for bookkeeping, reconciliation and financial reporting.
Access requires the QuickBooks account owner to authorise the connection through Intuit's own sign-in. Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time; see Disconnect.
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is an aid to bookkeeping and does not replace professional judgement. Figures it produces are checked against source documents before being relied upon, and the company's accountant remains responsible for tax filings.
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of the software. As an internal tool with no external users, this clause exists for completeness.
The tool connects to Intuit's QuickBooks Online API and is subject to Intuit's own terms. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.
