This tool is operated by Allegheny Creamery & Crepes for its own internal bookkeeping. It has no customers and no users outside the business.

What data is accessed

With the QuickBooks account owner's authorisation, the tool reads accounting data belonging to Allegheny Creamery & Crepes: chart of accounts, transactions, journal entries and standard financial reports. It accesses no other company's data.

How the data is used

Solely to prepare and check the business's own books — reconciling accounts, verifying balances, and producing financial statements for the owner and the company's accountant.

Where the data is stored

• Retrieved data is written to files on one company-owned computer.
• There is no server, hosted database, or cloud storage operated by this tool.
• Access credentials are stored locally with restricted file permissions and are never transmitted anywhere except to Intuit for authentication.

Sharing

Data is not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party. It may be provided to the company's own accountant in the ordinary course of preparing tax returns — the same as any other business record.

Retention and deletion

Locally retrieved files are kept as ordinary business records and can be deleted at any time. Revoking the connection in QuickBooks immediately ends all further access; see Disconnect.

Analytics and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
