A private bookkeeping tool for Allegheny Creamery & Crepes. Not a product, not for sale, and not available to anyone outside the business.

What it is

A command-line tool run on a single company computer by the owner and the bookkeeping team. It reads the business's own QuickBooks Online data — chart of accounts, transactions and reports — so that account reconciliation work can be checked against complete data instead of partial spreadsheet exports.

Who uses it

Only Allegheny Creamery & Crepes staff, connecting only to the company's own QuickBooks Online account. There are no other users and no customer accounts.

Where the data goes

• Data is requested directly from Intuit and stays on the local computer.
• Nothing is uploaded, sold, shared, or sent to any third party.
• There is no server, no database, and no hosted component. This page is static.

Connecting and disconnecting

Connection is authorised by the QuickBooks account owner through Intuit's own sign-in screen. It can be revoked at any time — see how to disconnect.
